VILLA OLIVIA
In this project Studionikita is responsible for the interior design and partly involved in the interior architecture. We will follow the client through the whole process with our inputs and opinions in this project. Meanwhile we work on the furniture plan. Most furnitures in this villa will be customized by us. Interior design is expected to take place in December 2023.
FINISHED PROJECT
Villa Olivia contains two kitchens, six bedrooms , six bathrooms and two guest toilets. Extra facilities in the house will be a wine cellar, jacuzzi, sauna, and gym.
The house is located in the first line of Las Brisas golf with a spectacular view.
We love the open plan with the ability to see straight through the house from the entrance to the pool area. Huge maximized amount of windows that gives you the invisible transition between indoor and outdoor. We are truly excited to start giving furnitures to this house.
