VILLA CLARA
This project is a little extra close to my heart. It was a challenge because of a very short timeline but with a good collaboration between all involved and flexible suppliers we manage to deliver in time. . The location is just magical,
- west facing, overlooking the valley of Las Brisas golf course and mountains. It has four bedrooms and one guest apartment, five bathrooms and three guest toilets. Other facilities is a gym, cinema, playroom with a bar for social events.
LAS BRISAS GOLF
There is something special about empty golf courses in the evenings. Villa clara is west facing and overlooking the golf in the sunset gives you goosebumps. In the front corner you can sit around the fire listening to the music of the crickets.
MASTER BATHROOM
Please wash your hands - And brush you teeth ' flush the potty
Put down the seat ; Wipe your booty and Clean your face. Leave the bathroom a tidy little place - thanks.
BESPOKE DINING TABLE
AND CHAIRS
Precisely measured to have the maximun height of the armrest, yet be able to push under the table. Higher back for comfort. Grey/begie stain resistent fabric matching the furnitures in the living room area. Removable upholstery for cleaning. Thin discrete legs to give the design a more light impression. Accompanying pillow in the back bringing extra comfort for long dinners.
Dining table made of solid oak, painted in black. A classic look design with a square shape table top and thick block legs.
MASTER BEDROOM
Natural base with a touch of rich colors. A mix of modern and classic. We always customize our beds, - clients choose the comfort. Extra height headboard with a thick frame, a bed base in the same fabric and a matching bed pouf. We used our own collection of furnitures for bed tables and makeup table. We installed linnen textured wallpaper and hanging bed lamps. Double curtains with one layer of anti-sol with a protector both from light and heat, - same as in the rest of the house.

CINEMA
Movies under the stars... - We love the ceiling in the cinema of Villa clara. The customized chaise longue is both comfortable and has a two-way function,- move the middle box table made of solid oak, push them together and you have a double bed. There is associated trays, also in solid oak to be used as extra table space on the armrests.
