This project will be build in Uppsala, Stockholm. From start it will only  be an empty local without interior design or structure. Studio Nikita was asked to create two optional solutions for how the local can be used depending on who wants to rent it. We also added a render of how it looks from the start, to give their clients an understanding of the idea.
