GOLDEN MILE
This Duplex Penthouse is located right in the golden mile, only a short walk to the beach. Surrounded by stunning views, grocery shop, cafés and shops. The property originally consisted four bedrooms. We have completely demolished the space and turned it into a five bedroom penthouse with a more open outlook. Studionikita has been involved in the start of the project. Floorplan, materials, Kitchen design and interior design has been developed by us.
WALL TO WALL,
FLOOR TO CEILING
Bespoke sofa, coffee table - calacatta viola, Organic shape pouf - our own collection. Matching pillows. Wool carpet. TV furniture, drawn by us with built in led lights and fire place.
DINING ROOM
Bespoke dining table, elegant dining chairs with soft "teddy" fabric, tense pendel from new works. All wrapped around a rich linnen feeling fabric from casamance.
KITCHEN
We designed this kitchen together with decodan Marbella,
The marble, silver alpinus, is hand picked from Malaga.
MASTER BEDROOM & BATHROOM
Natural base with a touch of rich colors. A mix of modern and classic. We always customize our beds, - clients choose the comfort. Extra height headboard with a thick frame, a bed base in the same fabric and a matching bed pouf. We installed linnen textured wallpaper and over sized bed lamps. Double curtains with one layer of anti-sol with a protector both from light and heat, - same as in the rest of the house.
Bathroom completely designed by studionikita. Marble, white dream on wall and sink. Open shower and bath, toilet separated.

GUEST BEDROOMS IN DIFFERENT COLOR SCHEME
This penthouse consists of four guest bedrooms and one master bedroom. Having the clients wish of a colorful outlook in mind we made all guest rooms in a similar style but with different colors. Working carefully with fabrics we created headboards, bed base, decoration pillows, -mixed with the same fabrics.
